quickly tapered off 2mg daily of xanex after a year on them., not good but I survived,. now on buspar, . was 20 mg am and 20mg night, had a episode of total rage so dropped to 10am and 10pm it has worked for me,... at least it keeps me from grinding my teeth... good luck ...
