You might feel better letting it all out (crying). I usually do and sometimes I can't even figure out why. It's definitely something for you to ask him next session. Could you make it to tomorrow morning and then call him? What would you need to hear from him to make you feel better?
We're here for you! I think sometimes you just have to process the feelings as awful as they are. I've had to leave work and cry for hours due to difficult feelings and my T. doesn't text or email. but, I can ask for an extra session.
Oh, also could you write him a letter? that is one way I've gotten out a lot of my feelings and felt better. Maybe in my mind I had said them to T?
