My experience has been like Iheartjaques mostly. When I arrived at a big decision we'd discussed a long time, she said she was glad for me. For small things like should I try X or Y for recreation, definitely she'll say "I did Y and like it. You might too." Don't know if that counts as an opinion but given how reserved she can be it sounds like one --- in a positive way.
