Thanks all for your lovely messages of support and all your hugs. I do get a lot of help with B. but it's complicated and her care isn't easy , for me or the professionals . She is a wee star though and always bounces back from whatever life chucks at her. Joined a choir tonight - what a good experience. Hope it will help me.
