I'd look at it this way:

Perhaps the dream was about a vulnerable side emotionally that you opened up to and expressed with your T, something you'd been working on, a side to you that not many see and you are cautious about who gets to see it, or at least a longing to be able to express this emotional side to your T, that not many in the real world get to see of you.

I'm not sure if this helps, but it's kind of what I make of it. A sense of vulnerability in this world
