(((hugs))) Antacids create a bigger problem in that they reduce all stomach acid, and some of it we need. Try taking a sip of apple cider vinegar after you eat. If it helps solve the distress, then you don't have enough acid in your system... which is easy to result if you have been using antacids.

There are tablet forms of digestive enzymes (you know these from high school) protease, amylase and.. and.. the other one anyway, try them, they are naturally found in the body so no matter what the problem is, they won't harm you.
