He woke up in an "ok" mood told me to get ready and we would go to the beach for lunch.
So I got ready made sure I brought my arm crutch and we had lunch over looking the ocean.

I did manage to walk down and put my feet in the water. On the way back we stop at a few stores and looked around and bought some local honey.

So over all a pretty good day. It was the right amount of time for me to be out. My leg was starting to hurt from walking. I was able to sleep for 5 straight hours, good sleep not tossing and turning. Good day all around.
