i definitely would get into a therapist asap as well as a medical doctor who can monitor your vitals and get blood work to make sure your body is not physically in danger from malnutrition. it doesn't matter what your weight is at, your body can suffer in ways that can potentially cause lasting damage or put you at risk.

i had anorexia for 7 years and had to force myself to eat at times. it was very difficult. in the end, i needed residential treatment to help me manage it and have been in recovery now for 8 years.

i don't know your story and if you have an eating disorder or if this is something new for you or not, but the sooner you get help for it regardless of what it is, the better chance you have at learning to manage it better with less lasting consequences.
