Im so glad you posted as I am having the same issue today (and tomorrow). My partner is gone for two-weeks and last weekend was HORRIBLE...never got out of bed or had a moment of relief from the thoughts all weekend long. Im trying to make this weekend better so I WILL do some little chores and commit to calling an old friend. Thanks for the inspiration!
