I see my therapist on a weekly basis but I haven't seen her in 2 weeks (she was out of town or something) but I have an appointment in 3 days. So a little explanation, I sent her an email a week ago and I'm terrified to go to her office and talk about it, so I'm thinking of cancelling the session. Another reason, which isn't really the main one, is that I have exams this week and I rather study for exams than to freak out in a therapy session to be honest. Before I cancel though I just want some input, what would you do?

Thank you
oh dear don't be so sad and stressed over it, simply change ur session to next week so u wont worry about ur exams.
and I'm sure if you've chosen a good, understanding T there won't be any big problem and you'll be fine. you're strong enough.
