Maven I understand not wanting anyone to the mess. Because of health problems I have I crash when I come home from work each night. My house is a disaster. I hate having anyone come in. I know you have money problems, but could you pay someone to come in an clear some of the clutter for you and wipe things down as they go? Maybe a student or young person from your neighborhood? If you could at least get your bedroom straightened you could keep it that way yourself.
