You always have the right to your opinion and the right to express it. People aren't going to agree all the time, but remember you are the only one who is having your experience.
Your posts are always well thought out and interesting (unless you're coming down like a ton of bricks on yourself - you deserve to treat yourself better, you know!) even if I don't agree with them all the time. You don't give yourself half enough credit.
