Sorry folks, back to zero. I'm cutting as well as beating now. I needed to steri-strip a cut to close it, (yep that means I have a si kit with everything I need). Hit myself so hard that I broke the rod I use. Got seriously dehydrated through not eating and drinking enough and have only been able to partially rehydate, oh and using alcohol too. I don't seem to care how far or how low I go.
