I joined to try and talk about my experience and my diagnosis, I couldn't talk to anyone about it. I was absolutely all over the map, mixed episodes, etc. I was diagnosed at 34 so there was a whole life of bp to look back on, and I was pretty overwhelmed by it. My first post I posted about me at my WORST! And I checked on like an hour later and there were like 8 replies, and everyone was just like 'ah, one of those nights'... And I felt at home, and it was a saving grace at a time when I REALLY needed one! Thanks everyone!
