So i will just start here, mostly i get good nights sleep, however when i wake up in the morning i am still terribly tired.
almost like i hadn't slept at all. Most of the time i will lay back down in hopes of waking up in an hour or so. However i went back to bed around 3PM
and didn't wake up till exactly 8PM. then there are days where i will have this sudden paranoid feeling like something is watching me sleep, this hasn't
actually happened for a few years. And now ever since Past trauma was brought up it seems i am being thrown back into
'sleep troubles' simply what i am trying to get at is, could the past trauma affected me more than i thought?
thanks for reading!
Take care ~

There are many types of monsters that scare me: Monsters who cause trouble without showing themselves, monsters who abduct children, monsters who devour dreams, monsters who suck blood... and then, monsters who tell nothing but lies. Lying monsters are a real nuisance: They are much more cunning than others. They pose as humans even though they have no understanding of the human heart; they eat even though they've never experienced hunger; they study even though they have no interest in academics; they seek friendship even though they do not know how to love. If I were to encounter such monsters, I would likely be eaten by them... because in truth, I am that monster.
