It sounds like it may come more from your impulsiveness more than you moving around as a child. But it could be some of both.

I on the other hand never moved as a child and had moving as an adult, but my personality doesn't like change, which is why I really think my personality has more to do with it, because it affects every other part of my life.

So I'm just the opposite side of the coin unless I'm manic then all bets are off.
