I've gone through periods like that, fortunately, I've always bounced back. Sometimes it took a long time and I practically gave up on all my interests and hobbies, but with time my mood lifted and the interests came back.

I hope your suffering doesn't last very much longer. I do, however, believe there is hope for all of us.
