I have borderline personality disorder and this sounds very familiar. I would try dbt therapy as well as a specialist on attatchment and transference. Look into rational and wise mind. Discover your personal interests and hobbies. You need to find you and be happy with that before you can let go of others. Easier said thàn done, I know. But try!!! Write down goals and a safety plan and with the right help you can do this!!!!
