Interaction: Helped him with some work on the laptop while watching Hell's Kitchen, laughed and discussed the show, got naked while trying to multi task and laughed and talked some more.



Mood: Excellent



Outcome: Being appreciative of each other and grateful for making the time for each other, as our schedules are sorely mismatched these days.


(I initially wanted to spend the day alone as I was feeling a bit antisocial)
