When I joined I was a mess. I was just diagnosed. I was having a hard time excepting what was and what was doing on as a result of it. I had no one that could relate. Dr's only gave meds and suggest therapy but therapy only last an hour. When I found PC I was able to find that others experienced a lot of the same as me and could learn how they dealt with it. I've also been able to share what has helped me in situations. Sometimes I get caught up in life and stay off PC for a few months then I always return to my friends. I'm back and I've missed everyone!!
