I don't know what med(s) you're taking, but you might try doing an internet search for its name plus "hair loss" and see what you find.
If you do find that other people are experiencing this too, if changing the med is an option, you could do that. If it's really helping you, though, you may not want to do that.
I have taken meds that cause hair loss, and it's very annoying.
The best thing that I know of to help hair regrowth is minoxidil. The topical version can be hard to apply, though, if your hair has thinned rather than left actual bald spots. I don't know about taking the oral version. I think you'd have to find a doctor to treat your hair loss to do that.
As far as vitamins and supplements, the easiest thing to do is to take a really good multivitamin plus an omega-3 supplement.
If you want a supplement specifically for hair loss, there are plenty out there, but no guarantees that they will be effective. I have included links to some that are highly rated, just FYI.
