That's a lot of bug dietary chances all at the same time.. I think just starting with lower carb or at least cutting out sugar and heavily processed carbs could be a good start. One step at a time. I know that avoiding sugar helps me with mood issues because my blood sugar can spike and drop pretty easily, and low blood sugar makes me feel like a cranky toddler.
