Sky,
I have been feeling this way this time for about a week or so. I try to give myself more sleep then the average person. My boyfriend teases me because he gets less then eight hours a night and I try to give myself at least nine. He just does not understand that with my depression I need to listen to my body a bit more. If I am tired at 10 then I need to sleep by then...if not until 3am then I need to sleep then. I think my biggest problem is getting up in the morning. I have a really hard time being alert early in the day, but I am fine until late at night. Go figure. I have stopped trying to "make" myself sleep because I just does not work.
As far as exercise goes I have been trying to get out more and do more. I have also been trying to add more vegetables and less carbs to my diet.
