I have found something that is helping me tremendously already.

I usually work upstairs in the office where my desktop pc is.

This morning I went downstairs in my art studio! Ah ha!

I have my laptop down there as well as my two typewriters. (I collect typewriters, I have a manual Hermes Rocket and an eletric Adler Satellite 2001; I know TMI)

Well, I'f I'm writing and get an idea for my current painting. I simply stand up and turn around, grab the applicator of choice and the paint and I'm off and running! Then when that section of paint is drying I sit down and keep working on my writing!

I can't believe how much more I get done already.

I give myself small little 'to-do' goals/lists that I can focus on and easily knock off and at the end of this day I can look back and see what I've accomplished!
