intrusive thoughts suck.

I have a weird one for you. I will be thinking of something, lets say a house. I will picture a house in my mind and then it will distort out of my control. The image will stretch and shrink/grow until it doesn't look like anything anymore. Very odd.
Try to learn coping skills for intrusive thoughts. One I learned was imagining yourself sitting on the edge of a stream and the water is your thoughts. You just watch them pass by without focusing on any one in particular. Sort of like "In one ear out the other".
