Hi Emory,

Yes....the medications are most likely causing excessive sweating. I've been on Efexxor and Wellbutrin before; and I would sweat just walking from the couch to the bathroom (during January! - so I know it wasn't too hot outside/inside, etc).

Unfortunately there will be side effects. Kind of have to put of up with the lesser of the evils (imho). Sweat more vs. crying and/or sleeping all the time. I put up with the sweating. I bought a handkerchief to carry with me at all times, and washed it out constantly, using cold water. Otherwise, always have cold water to drink. The down side of that, is you will have to drink cold water all day long (because it doesn't last long to help cool you down from the inside out); and you'll make lots of trips to the bathroom.

Perhaps your Doc would be able to recommend something else that isn't known to have sweating as a side effect?
