I have some summer happiness. Things slow down quite a bit here in Boston, which means there are less distractions which gives me time to think and makes me calmer and happier. Summer means that fruits and vegetables are mostly in season. All you have to do is walk to your neighborhood grocery store and you can get so many wonderful and colorful foods that are just great for you. Summer or winter, I have all of human knowledge at my fingertips. I'm old enough not to take that for granted. It makes me appreciate the good side of modern society. Best of all, I love going for long walks in the breezy summer evenings. I'm also really into yoga and yogic breathing these days too.
