I would guess that when you dream of a full life circle like that, something is prompting your psyche to take a very broad view, to review your life story and how you got to where you are. Perhaps there is some significant life event prompting this.

Maybe past life memories exist, maybe they don't. Maybe we dream about them, maybe we don't. But you don't need to know the answer to that to look at the meaning of the dream to you. If past life memories exist, then certainly your past life experiences will exert an influence on who you are today, and you can look at the dream symbols as finding a way to explain that influence. But perhaps the dream symbols originate in earlier parts of THIS life. It doesn't really need to be decided one way or the other in order to take to hear the message of the dream.
