I'm sorry you're struggling

Sometimes things can lose all their importance, seem overwhelming, exhausting or just simply impossible.
But one of the most important things is that
you know you're
not being lazy, because you're not!!

And if those people don't/can't/won't understand then please reach out to people who will.......including to us

So.........one hour/day at a time and just do as much as you
can do, sometimes got to lower those expectations on yourself when it comes to depression.
And good that you're planning on reaching out for some more professional help.
