Everyone deals in different ways with all emotions. If you need to talk to a T to work through your anger, then I say go for it. At least you will be doing something constructive to help yourself.
I understand the anger. This kind of thing leaves so many angry....for so many different reasons. Many questions and no real answers...*sigh*
