What you describe as your tongue needing to pop the bubbles sounds exactly like a tic. You could have a disorder similar to Tourette's called Transient Tic Disorder, in which a person has a few tics for a few months, and it might change every so often. I would look into what a true tic is from the perspective of others who have tourette's cause I have Tourette's and what you describe would be a tic. Now about the picking scabs, that could fall under OCD or transient tic disorder too. OCD and tics are very similar in that they overlap. I would research tics.
