Thank you so much Alison

You're the first people I go to when I get upset or depressed, or have any problem at all

I will try to practice and do some tasks as you suggested, but it will be a little hard at the beginning, because I'm completely drained and not ready to do anything at all. I'm feeling better now actually, so I might just try!!
