So many health conscious people....
Well right now I'm physically ill(in addition to the other tehe) so haven't been doing much of anything...
Otherwise, I try to do yoga and pilates. Boy is that hard!
Yoga is great, the breathing and the stretching...Improves both body and mind.
Ofcourse I have the DVD's and I do them in the privacy of my own home. I feel so ackward doing it still. Clumsy me...maybe one day I'll join a class.
