I worked in a behavioral health unit a few years ago and chocolate and coke were highly coveted contraband. Caffeine itself was a major crime. However, I did use them as bribery for showering and never noticed any problems.

Personally, I MUST have coffee to wake up from my Seroquel. I do drink it (3 mugs) with my paxil which I don't recommend, definitely amps it up. Great for the midnight shift though!
