Sometimes I put a blanket over my face when I talk to my therapist when I have hard things to say.
That's a kind of silly idea, I realize. Have you tried writing down what you want to talk about before your appointments? That has helped me, too, when I haven't been sure where to go. Some people find it helpful to write their therapists notes to help start talking about things. I hope you're able to find a way to make therapy work for you.
