So I completed my FASFA for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. (I know I kind of late, but I never thought I could get financial aid).

How does all of this work?

Also, both of my parents are deceased. Can I qualify for something?
People are telling me that I should, and that I don't have to pay for college due to my situation. I just don't know. I feel like I'm not lucky enough for that.
