Hi annoyedgrunt,

I'm sorry you're having a hard time
Just wondering if there's any sort of pattern going on there, that you could target??
Some people find their depression has the potential to really hit in the mornings, some in the evenings, some both mornings and evenings or randomly at those times.
Just thinking if there was, maybe you could plan some things for "just in case" at those times that might help?? Like maybe if you've been feeling not so good, try not to plan anything "too intensive" in the evening "just in case", or plan to meet up with a friend in the evening if that might help "just in case".
Or maybe that was a "No" to any patterns but maybe there have been some triggers (and those can sometimes be real subtle)........maybe, maybe not.
But, yes, depression can come in all shapes and sizes, it's never a "one size" fits all, but there are still plenty of people out there who are going to experience similar things too
And I've kind of got away from.........are there any things that can help at all at those times you can try (try more of)??
Sometimes there might be, sometimes not...........but if not you know you can always come and share with us, right??
And if we can't actually "help" at the/any time then maybe we can at least give you some understanding and support.

Alison
Thanks for this!
