I'd work on learning those things, committing to something, maybe going to school and acquiring a bit of debt (or buying a house/piece of property), go out and meet people, do some dating so you'll have a family, etc. Those things take working on just as hard if not harder than "work" does.
What do you spend your money on? I'd look at that and your interests and see what you wanted to do. I guess one of my #1 goals if I could go back to being in my 20's would be to learn better money management and self-care.
