You can make a daily schedule for yourself. For example, when I buy my own house I'm planning on doing a lot more yoga or going to the gym each day, that takes about an hour. Lets say you work 8 hours per day, you can make a yummy breakfast and really sit down and appreciate your morning before work. Then once you get home you can spend an hour doing yoga/meditation/gym or some kind of physically relaxing practice (biking, swimming, hiking, etc). Then you can go to the bookstore, or do some kind of hobby, then you can blog or do another hobby, then you can cook a delicious dinner or get a friend to do something with, and before you know it it's time to go to bed.
Sounds like you just need some hobby or interest ideas to fill up your time. List things you like to do, whether its gardening, writing, painting, yoga, beach, literally anything, and just do them a day at a time. Fill your time up with things you enjoy. I get bored too but it's a little harder when I'm still living with a parent because my time isn't really all "my time". So these are the things I'm planning on doing soon when I move out. You can also look around your neighborhood and see if theres any neat places you wanna try out.
