<3 CONGRATS on the nearly 1000 days!! Holy cow! That's awesome!

Sorry you are struggling though. It's not always a straight shot, and sometimes the urges come back (I'm struggling again today after several weeks of not worryign about it at all). Is there anything behind those triggering events that brought them on? Would other activities help take your mind off the sh? What has helped you through the past almost 1000 days?
It may not be worth it in hind-sight (breaking your streak), but I know how hard it can be to battle that urge some days. It can feel like it will *totally* be worth it if it means some relief...
It's ok if you slip up, however is there anything you can do to avoid slipping up?
