I hardly feel attracted to people in their mid-twenties, and I can't help but feel like kind of a freak because of this. As much as I want to, I would never enter in a relationship with someone underage, as I have no desire to be a registered sex offender for the rest of my life. Jailtime isn't worth it.
I have never been sexually abused, but I didn't lose my virginity until I was 20.
So what are your thoughts on this? Am I ****ed in the head? What should I do?

first may I say its very brave\courageous of you to post something like this. I know some int he same boat who would never take this first step to admitting this to their self and others.
A bit of information...here in america any adult aged 18 or above who is interested in a sexual way with minors (anyone under the age of 18) are legally considered to be pedophiles. thats the legal definition. ethically its not so easy. some young adults who are pulled in the direction of younger\teens do so because their brains physically have not matured or many other reasons.
Another bit of information here in america anyone over 18 who dates\has a sexual relationship with anyone under the age of 18 depending upon location, runs the risk of being arrested for a form of rape called statutory rape. (according to your post I see you may already realize this and am very happy that you wont allow yourself to enter this point of no return, this was just a bit of info that you and others may be able to use should that step accidentally happen)
the fact that you recognize how you feel and think and have control over not slipping into the actions, says a lot. there is special programs and medications that can work for this. to get to those programs and medications you will need to have a sit down with your treatment providers, most meds have to be prescribed by a psychiatrist but some can have their medical doctors do so.
another bit of information the only time some places in america require someone like you to register as a sex offender is if the thoughts/urges have been carried over into action and the person has been ....convicted... of a child sexual crime.
