You actually don't sound like a job hopper to me. You worked at one place for 9 years, took some time off for a health issue, worked for 2.5 years at another place that moved, and just haven't found the right fit since then. If you are bouncing around from one call center job to another, I'd take that as a sign that you don't want to do call centers.

Could you afford to do a part time job? I feel the same way as you, that it's too hard to stay healthy with full time work. Part time has been doable for me.
