A lovely lady I've known for over a year just committed suicide. She lived where I keep my horses. It hurts so much to go to the stable. I expect to see her, but she is no longer there. My horses love where they live, so I will not move them. I feel somehow I am at fault for not being a better friend, for not seeing the signs, for not being more involved. Suicide is final and cannot be changed. I hope she is at peace, but now I am in pain.
