That definitely sounds trauma-related to me. Just because we have mood disorders doesn't mean that every unpleasant or problematic emotion we ever have comes from the mood disorders. Comorbidity is extremely common, too, and for some rather strong and logical reasons. What is often so flustering IME is that different issues seem to sometimes trigger each other or feed into each other, make each other that much more difficult to tackle and manage. Sorry you are having a rough time with this time of year, especially when it's supposed to be a fun time. I have some similar issues, myself. It is its own unique flavor of flustering when you know you shouldn't be scared of something, but damn it all you are scared of it anyway.
