I think it's easy to feel grateful, and easy to lose track of it. I use gratitude when I find myself in a situation that is stressful or is testing my patience. In that moment I stop and think of someone who is worse off than me. I stop and look at everything I have, and all the things I have that others do not. Often it minimizes how bad we feel and helps us get over what ever the issue is.

It's easiest to start by just listing off stuff:

i have a car
i'm employed
i have a great family
my medication is working

but it can be a million things:

i am not in a war-torn country
i have food
i can tune into watch tv if i want
i have a friend

Please help by offering suggestions for what you'd like to hear about mental-health wise. I'm nervous about it, but I started a Youtube Channel. PM me!
