Hi IDM,
"
Are the meds working"
Sometimes any changes can be so gradual or subtle to pin down if they're working, or if they're not working to pin that down/be able to
absolutely state that too too........so what do they want you to do detail
everything about your days??
But then again can be ways around that

.........maybe you could journal or chart up all the thoughts/feelings/actions that are a problem (list them) and write down for each day how often/regularly each of them have happened (roughly), how long they've lasted (roughly), how intense each of them have been (roughly).........something like that??? And maybe write down any triggers for the day/s too, or when in the day they were strongest, or times.........whatever you think might be applicable.
Then maybe if there is any improvement, or if things are the same or worse, you/they could spot that by comparing those things from your notes taken over time??
And if they have to step in quicker with anything else.
Just a thought.........
And "
I do not want to say the meds aren't working.... maybe they are and life is just like this"
If you're struggling, no hesitating to say/tell them, hey??

You're right, maybe the meds
are working...........but maybe they
aren't working well enough either, and if you're struggling, hey, you deserve
more than that...........so maybe time for them to look into altering or changing your meds
if needed??
