everyone reacts differently to drugs. i have not had any side affects to lexapro. nor did i have any when i took both lexapro and valium for a few weeks. so you can take both at the same time. lexapro should only make you drowsy for a few days and then wear off. some people loose sleep. so you should not have any problems. they are compatible, but i have to re-iterate....people react to drugs differently. didn't affect me, but then you're not me. you can always ask your doctor though.
