Hello Everyone,

I'm not sure if we already have a board like this in our group or if our group wants to participate.

List if you exercised today and how long. It doesn't matter if you did it in a gym, at home, took the stairs at work or went for a walk. List whatever you did to burn calories. You can also list what healthy food you ate. Come on group let's get started.
