You can have ADHD and bipolar together, or someone with bipolar can have symptoms of ADHD.

Since we aren't doctors we can't really diagnose, but if you could say what your doctors have said, then maybe we can help understand what they're thinking.

When you see your doctors again, maybe ask for key points of why he thinks you have whatever condition. Your doctor might be giving too much info that you get overloaded and miss out. Be sure to undertand the key points and if need be write it down. If you explain that you're confused it could help.
