I have a workout regimine that I need to stick too or I get off the rails quickly. Today is my workout day but I also rode the mountain bike 5 miles after dinner last night as a bonus. Working out helps me deal with all the nervous energy and anxiety. Back in 2012, I suffered a ruptured quad tendon requiring 3 trips to the OR. I was a mess for 2 years but I've made a comeback which I'm thankful for. I do this workout even when I'm very depressed and it always makes me feel better. Dragging my butt to the gym while depressed is very difficult.
